生物活性：Cytochalasin D (Zygosporin A) 是一种有效的肌动蛋白聚合抑制剂，可能来源于真菌。细胞松弛素 D 具有细胞渗透活性。细胞松弛素 D 通过与 G-肌动蛋白结合来抑制 G-肌动蛋白-肌动蛋白丝切蛋白相互作用。 Cytochalasin D 还抑制 cofilin 与 F-肌动蛋白的结合，并降低活细胞中肌动蛋白聚合和解聚的速率。细胞松弛素 D 可以减少外泌体的释放，进而减少肿瘤环境中存在的存活蛋白的数量。细胞松弛素 D 诱导 Yap[1][2][3][4] 的磷酸化和细胞质滞留。
体外：Cytochalasin D（3 和 10 μM；30 分钟）导致 COS-7 细胞收缩和分枝，以及 F-肌动蛋白从长纤维转化为点状结构[1]。
Cytochalasin D（ 0.3、1、3 和 10 μM；30 分钟）浓度依赖性地降低 COS-7 细胞中肌动蛋白解聚的速率[1]。
细胞松弛素 D（1 μM；NIH3T3 细胞）破坏应力纤维，诱导 Yap 磷酸化，同时细胞保持原有区域并丢失核 Yap 定位[4]。
